Unica customer TD Bank Financial Group received a 2008 Peppers & Rogers Group 1to1 Impact Award for Marketing Optimization. This award recognizes companies that demonstrate the best use of marketing automation to support and enhance the customer experience. TD Bank was recognized for its ability to successfully increase new customer acquisition rates for products and loyalty to the organization, while reducing attrition to competitors.

Unica positioned in the “Visionaries” quadrant in Gartner, Inc’s “Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Marketing Management, Q207.” According to the report, visionaries “have a strong vision for applying technology and developing a platform to support a wide variety of marketing roles, functions and processes.” Six EMM vendors currently qualify for the Magic Quadrant.
