Unica was cited as leader in the independent report “The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Campaign Management, Q4 2009.” Unica ranked highest overall among the CCCM vendors evaluated. Forrester recognized Unica’s platform depth, strategy, and strong roster of clients.
