Rick Welch, senior vice president, worldwide services, is responsible for Unica's worldwide professional services organization and for delivery of Unica's managed service solutions.

Welch brings more than 25 years of professional services experience to Unica. Previously he served as senior vice president, developer solutions division, at RSA Security Corporation, a provider of security solutions for business acceleration. Welch built RSA's professional services practice and later launched their strategic Enterprise Data Security software business. Welch also held the position of vice president of professional services at Genesys Software Corporation. He began his career at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Welch is a Certified Project Management Professional as well as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.

Welch holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire.
