John Hogan, vice president of engineering, manages worldwide product engineering for the Affinium solutions.

Hogan brings over 15 years experience to Unica. Previously, he served as both vice president of enterprise web solutions and as vice president of development at Plumtree Software. While at Plumtree Software, he was instrumental in growing and managing their worldwide engineering team, and in driving new product development initiatives. Prior to Plumtree Software, Hogan held director and manager level technology development positions at Informix Software and at Oracle, respectively.

Hogan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University.
